Basketball – 35 teams

County Championships – 31 teams competed in 1 of 5 divisions: Novice, Intermediate Large Group, Intermediate Small Group, Advanced and Dance.

MISSION

The CCPS Department of Athletics provides student athletes with a rich education based athletic program that encourages our students to grow as individuals and leaders by experiencing the importance of being on a team.

VISION

The CCPS Department of Athletics strives to provide a education based athletic program that gives access and opportunity for its student-athletes; engages its community in the review of regular program offerings and best practices; coordinates with its community partners; and places greater emphasis on sportsmanship, healthy lifestyle habits and safe exercise protocol.
