CCPS JV Volleyball County Champions-Drew High School

After a long hard battle between all 10 Clayton County High School JV Volleyball Teams, the 2017 JV County Championship belongs to Drew High School. Drew JV Volleyball Team defeated Riverdale, North Clayton, & Elite Scholars in a single elimination county tournament on Saturday, September 23rd. The tournament was hosted by North Clayton High School. Elite Scholars was the number 2 seed entering the tournament beating out Mt. Zion and Lovejoy High Schools while finishing as the JV County Runner-up. The crowd was full of fans through out the entire day as they chanted very loudly for their favorite teams. It was nice to see the stands full, because at times it was a standing room crowd. Congratulations, Drew High School.
